Dolly's Villa Vista Motel

Easy to get to freeway and bus line on corner. Great new management, helped me get my car towed with their AAA , clean rooms 2 times a week on weekly rentals No more check out and check back in. Needs some upgrades but these new people are definitely always busy taking care of the guests,talking them through hard times, always above and beyond service with no issues with very quiet lot after 9pm. Really take pride in helping people. You wont find a place like it!

Love it here ESPECIALLY since it’s been under new ownership. Very friendly down to earth people. Cheap- clean rooms. Best part regardless of occasion prices stay the same

Easy freeway access. Was a 1 night pass through and pleasantly surprised. Although a little older still very clean. Management is constantly doing their job. I've only stayed 2 nights but absolutely pleased with my stay and very clean. Nice people, nice spot. Thanks for the best price as well. Keep it up

Owner is super nice area is 10/10 no shady people best place to come if you need a roof over your head. Every place has rules as long as you abide by theirs you'll have no issues. Besides that rooms are very nice clean and comfy out of any motel/hotel out here i recommend you come and visit this place you won't regret it. -V

I am very happy with the Villa Vista. Yes it is old and the rooms look old. People who complain about that forget that we are only paying $40 a night. Many similar motels are not kept clean and the service is not friendly. They're very few requests that the staff have said no to in fact I can't think of any yet. I just asked for my room to be cleaned a little early and they took care of it within half an hour. The staff minds it's business, and the neighbors mind they're business. Everyone is friendly, and people have even offered to share their charcoal grill with me. There's no one at this motel I wouldn't love to have a meal or a picnic with. It just feels nice and homey. Soon I will rent an apartment, but I always know if I need a place to have an extended stay that I can safely come back to the Villa Vista.

It’s very old, very basic, and a bit far out from downtown, HOWEVER, the management/owners are friendly and professional…they don’t put up with disturbances, (no rif-raf so it’s pretty quiet and peaceful). If one just needs a clean bed that’s cheap and bed-bug free it’s a good deal.
